orange. are any depts on same page??

:confused:having read a few posts about orange price changes and differing opinion on whether or not the operaters knew what was going on i was compelled to share this story. orange cold called my fiance on aug 28th offering a good contract deal. im still pleased with the deal but as for customer services, not happy. the girl that cold called took my bank account number, sort code etc as they do. when i recieved the phones the details on the invoice werent even close to those id given. i contacted orange to correct the details and as a forethought the day before the dd due to go out i contacted them to confirm all was ok. it wasnt, still wrong and my fiances phone wasnt on the account!! corrected them again. recieved a letter today (29th sept) saying the bill hadnt been paid and if payment not made in 5 days the phones will be barred!! the letter dated 25th sept, leaving me 7 hours to pay the bill. on phoning them i i may as well been talking to the floor trying to explain all the problems id experienced in the first 3 weeks. i got no answers as to why nobody at orange is capable of taking correct payment details other than sales who first got it wrong is a different dept to billing, customer services, payment etc. when i pointed out the depts ARE supposed to be within 1 company i was met with a long silence. to orange. get ur people on the same page PLEASE.

  • I had a game with vodafone, every month they would mess it up just like yourself. I ended up getting a new bank account just to pay them in the end. But that was my issue.

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies
