i think you are right maybe ive seen too many law dramas. I haven't mudered anyone so i hope im not torn apart.

well i refuted the claim so im just waiting to hear back from the court on a date now.

are you going to fight the claim in court too? for me it will be scary stuff but i've had some very good help/advice from others users.

OMG!!:eek::eek::eek: I have been considering entering into a DMP with CCCS but after reading this I don't know what I'm going to do. Scary stuff but sounds like you've got people helping you that seriously know their law. All the best of luck. When is court date?

Yup! What date did your defence have to be in? as I believe you are a little ahead of me, will be good to have someone to relate with, agreed, some users on here have been extremely helpful, a saviour infact

My first defence had to submitted by 20/11/09. im now waiting to hear whether they wish to proceed, they have 28 days from 23/11/09.
