    Phew

What date do you need to get the paperwork back to the court?

Is the CCa legally complaint and can you scan the default letter, minus perosnal details and bar codes and put a link to it on here for 10past6, please.

I have 14 days as of today. I do not have a scanner though. The CCA was for a loan agreement and it always assumed it was ok, not like the duff ones i have recieved from 1st credit. I will need to dig it out along with teh default and get back to yoiu if thats ok

Could you open a photobucket account?
On your photobucket account, find the photo and under it should be a URL i.e http://i3r.photobucket.myaccount/photos/image1.jpg , you need to post up the urls.

    I've received your PM debtman

If I understand this thread correctly, you've now received litigation papers which you still have in your possession, correct?

Before completing the court papers I need to clarify:

    How old is the debt?

Did you make a CCA request PRIOR to litigation commencing?

Have you received a default and termination letter? if so, I need to view them here or via PM.

Good, you need to acknowledge the claim, this is nothing to do with fighting the case, you just need to acknowledge that you've received the claim.

    The year is good enough

    What's the outcome?

These are going to be the most important part of your defense, so, if you know anyone that has a scanner, the documets need to be viewed.

Yes, at this stage you only need to confirm you've received the claim, if the claim id from Northampton bulk centre, you'll have been issued with a log in and password details, log on using those details and confirm you've received the claim.

    Not at this stage

They will do, debt charities WILL NOT become involved in disputed claims, they'll advise you to admit the claim, thus preventing you challenging your legal right to confirm the claimant has complied with legislation, resulting in you being awarded a CCJ.

I've assisted many members on here facing debt liigation having the claim overturned / dismissed, however, it's your decision what you chose to do, we'll help and advise here, but you're the one who has to attend court and explain any errors the claimant has made in bringing this claim.

I have logged on but can not find a confirmation option. Do you mean the Acknowledgment of Service form, where you are given 28 days to respond?

    Yes, a CCA was issued

Yes i was advised to admit teh claim, i assumed that was correct because the CCA was ok this is what i would need to do

here lies a problem for me, not sure if i could explain it to a judge. not a confident speaker. how many people would be there?
