I have been ripped £330 by this mobile company. They told me that I am too late to claim for the redemption, although it is not true. Any one else been cheated by these people?

Depends on what your cashback dates were - you have 60 days from cashback date on form to send in claim.

I have been very happy with them.
  • If that is true and you can prove they received your claim (without proof you have no case) you can send a LBA and then sue - though with this dealer I have never found any such problem since I've been using them (and I use them a LOT). If you haven't got the proof it's your own fault for not sending it recorded delivery in good time (you Do have a whole 60 days!) and checking receipt, then doing something about it IF it wasn't received BEFORE the 60 days were up.

My experience of them has been excellent.

Cashback Claim 2 sent off, received cheque in a TOTAL of 13 days from me sending.

They send the next Claim Form (marked 3 of 4) with a CLEAR date on which to send it off.

Nothing but good things for me from them.
I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!

This is a bit vague - do you want to provide more details?

I have been doing cashback deals for about 5 years and this is the best company I have dealt with.
