Heinz Ketchup plastic bottle

An even worse design is Sainsbury's SO Organic squeezable honey.
It worked well at first, but I only use it now and then, so it's now crystallised and gone solid, so not only can I not squeeze it out, the shape of the bottle makes it near impossible to use a knife to get it out either. Best before Feb 2011... Pah! Back to jars for me!!0 -
I actually emailed Heinz about that very horrible noise and the fact that it was more difficult to squeeze the sauce out when you had less in the bottle due to the plastic. I was told it was due to the plastic layers separating but should have no affect on the sauce or the performance of the bottle. I got a voucher sent in the post to spend on Heinz products for my grumpy email. Only emailed because my DH kept going on about it every time he used some and it was doing my head in! Must have been about 6 months ago I complained. Funnily enough though I haven't noticed the bottles doing that lately!! We go through loads of the stuff as my kids will not use any other ketchup.0

All truth goes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Then, it is violently opposed. Finally, it is accepted as self-evident.0
