Hi all
I bought a Iphone 3G from ebay a user about 4 months ago. All working fine until today where I plugged it into charge and its not charging. I've tried a different charger but same.
If I call O2, will they replace it (assuming its under warranty) even though i wasn't the original owner or am I better off looking at claiming from my home insurance?
Thanks

I would probably go to an Apple store directly. They're very good at checking the phone, and if it's faulty, they'll replace it there and then.0

I don't think its 02s responsibility, the warranty would be with apple0

Yes, go to an Apple store. They are pretty good there and should help you.0
