Glad you like your new boots. I left my new ones at my Mums today oops, will get them back next weekend.
That is a shame about Bruges but at least you can save the money like you said.
I would e-mail them as it sounded like it happened to a few people.
I got the details of my friends sisters funeral today. She requested everyone wear bright colours so need to find something to wear now. They are only having family flowers so think I will donate to the charity they have requested.0 -
Aw that's nice about the bright colours, try to celebrate her life rather than mourn her passing. When is it?Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

It is a week tomorrow. Will have a look through mine and sisters wardrobe for something to wear. They are calling it a cleebration of her life, which is really nice. The wake part is being held at the health and social club she used to work at. A year ago she had a fundraiser which I went to, which they raised a lot of money at. Will be weird to be at the same place without her, as last time we were all having a good dance etc :-(0

Hi Tete! I tried watching the 3-d adverts on Channel 4 with those glasses on but they didn't work, and I looked a little stupid!
I liked the elephant and giraffe part too. Aww, and the little pooch when he walked onto the ship!It was a good movie, I was just so bored in places! But then in others I noticed I was gripping onto OHs hand
Just been on STP and made a pound or so. Going to mainly focus on that this week and see how much I can make. Wasn't too bad tonight as Pippin was helping, if he purred the track got an extra mark. He's like a mini Simon Cowell, got moved up to 3 stars!
My brother and his OH did a carboot this morning and sold some of mine and OHs stuff from when we did them so just gave me £4.50, put it to one side as OH wants a takeaway next Saturday so that can go towards it
Not much else to catch up on saying now! Watch X-Factor Results and trying to do some tracks on STP in the breaks. Oo, and I've just eaten a full Milka bar. My dad says it looks like I've lost more weight too - I don't know what's going on! :rotfl:0 -

Tete that's a shame that you won't be going to Bruges, you'll have to plan it well in advance next year! At least it's more money in your savings though
Good news about the car! I do feel very thankful that OH works in a garage and can sort out all the car problems! Do you have a link to your new boots? I love seeing what people buy cuz I'm nosy!
Plus I'm after a decent pair of boots.
I think I'm gonna go for the vouchers on DooYoo so I have a stash for presents and home stuff etc.
I wanted to see 2012, OH isn't bothered about it which is unusual! I'm not sure whether to bother cuz I get bored during long films. Plus my back is so painful lately that I don't think sitting down for that long would do it any good!
Sounds like you've done well with your money this weekend Cinny
