I feel very :A not getting the Benefit!

The S&G order is the glitch I posted last week. I haven't been to pick it up yet. I'm looking forward to trying it out!

Gonna see if there's any of the Gilette £3.75 packs that have been mentioned. I doubt it, but would make some good presents for my Grandad/Uncle if they have them.

I *think* I saw one of those in my local a week or so ago. Need to stop myself from falling into the 'buying because it's there & cheap' hole after I've got everyone sorted.

Cinny, you are awesomely organised and I'm a bit scared! Well done you! Which book did you get for your mum? I work at a Bloomsbury house museum in Sussex (Charleston) so can't get enough of the stuff!

wow poddle I am so jealous! I work in Bedford Square and love reading all about the Bloomsbury Group! I've never been to Charleston, though. Is it open all year round?

I got her Henrietta's War. I didn't know there were Bloomsbury houses though (so under educated over here!)

I started in the Summer sales so it's taken me a while to get it all together, looks more impressive than it is! Can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to it being over though, can relax then!

Well I didn't know that there was a set of books called the Bloomsbury Group!

So, slightly crossed wires :) Since I started working here I think that everything 'Bloomsbury' refers to the group; Vanessa Bell, Duncan Grant, Virginia Woolf, John Maynard Keynes etc rather than anything else like massive publishing house or area of London!

Dallas, must be lovely to work in Bedford Square! Charleston is lovely though, you should definitely come! We close at the end of the month until next April, so maybe next year...?

It is! It's beautiful and feels very historic with all the blue plaques. I'm definitely going to try and come to Charleston some time in the Spring. :j

Don't worry Poddle, I confused myself too! Must be amazing working at the Charleston though, it's somewhere I'd love to go!

ETA: Reading that back it sounds like I'm majorly overlapping myself! I've heard of the Charleston House, saw a little ditty about it on the TV and my Mum has spoken about it, but I didn't know it was connected to the Bloomsbury group. Makes a bit more sense now!

I only saw one Gillette set in Boots and the label said £12.99 but I asked the woman to scan it and it came up at £3.25! :D She was pretty shocked and when I went and got another one she looked at me like I was conning Boots. But will be perfect for my Grandad and Uncle so I'm pleased. It's a silver mesh type bag, with a razor, shaze gel and after shave balm. :)
