That's a good idea Zig! I'm nipping to Asda on the way home tonight to get a couple cheap boxes/tins of chocs to bulk out OHs family and my Grandparents presents. Might steal that idea though!

I'm using the free gift to get my sisters OH something as all I have for him atm is a Transformers calendar! (it's 3-D, ooo!) Looking forward to it all being sorted though. Want to start writing Christmas cards ready to post out on the 1st December, I figure if I start now I have chance to remember people and not have a last minute panic with them :o

    Hi everyone.

Thanks for the nice messages last night - feeling alot better about it all this morning. We dont usually see much of her as shes at her boyfriends alot but when she is there it seems shes on a mission to have an arguement with someone.

Anyway onwards and upwards! My dooyoo request was finally accepted so copied and pasted that review in this morning, am upto £7.68 on ciao - will do a bit more rating later.

I'm quite pleased I thought of a use for my jars! It looks more personal than just giving a box of chocs, but will cost about the same. Yay for brainwaves! :D I might have to go and get a few more jars..

Lol @ the 3D Transformers calendar! :p Do you do your OH's Christmas shopping too?

Re: the Christmas cards - that's very organised! I haven't done Christmas cards since I was in school. Don't know whether to start! Do you do them from yourself and OH? Or from your whole family?

At least she's at her boyfriend's a lot Flower. Just hope they don't split up! :p You're on a money-making mission at the mo! I'm impressed. :D

I actually think its her that spurs me on with the moneymaking, everytime she annoys me it just makes me even more determined!
Am hoping if we're really frugal i can have the natwest paid off in a few weeks.

I got the things for my Brother and Sister for him, it's easier for me to find things for them as obv I know them a bit better and because he's on a tight budget this year I can find things cheaply too. Saying that I've found something for him to get my parents too - So I pretty much have bought for him this year :o

I'll be signing the Christmas cards just from me for distant family, but for close family I'll be signing from me and OH. Apart for my Grandparents card, that's just from me :D

Getting the CC paid off will be a great milestone for you Flower! I bet you'll be able to do it, you seem really on top of everything with money atm!

Cinny you like Benefit don't you? I'm tempted to get some while its 750 points when you by 3, plus £12 worth of points online at the mo. Plus I think there's a £5 voucher kicking around.

    What would you recommend?

I've tried the Dr FeelGood, Some Kinda Gorgeous Foundation, and Benetint on a make-up counter. But I'm tempted by the Dandelion blusher. So I don't know which one to get rid of!

I've bought all my OH's presents this year. Except for his brother and stepdad. He's not good with girly gifts! :p

I might make this the year I do Christmas cards! :D

I saw that! Really tempted but I don't need anything atm. Passed it onto my sister though.

All I've used with Benefit are - Big Beautiful Eyes set, Erase Paste + Badlash. I use almost all of them everyday, so completely love them. Tempted to stock up with the offer.. but I will behave. I will! Done testers of the Dandelion blusher though and it's loovely! (I'm not helping here am I?)

    No. :D

Argh I don't know what to do! OH says I don't need it, so don't waste my money. He also said I'm buying it because of the extra points etc. I just think it's a good deal! I've wanted some Benefit make-up since I tried it and this is the best price I've seen it at (£40 for 3 items) but it's still £57.50 that I don't really have. :o Hmm.

I think I'm gonna have to be restrained like you Cinny and say no. I'm off to Boots in a mo tho to pick up my S&G order. :)

Good on you Zig! Nearly £60 on things you don't need is a real waste.

I hate to say it Zig but you should listen to your OH. I was only looking at it because of the points, and know full well I wouldn't think twice about it if it wasn't for that! S&G order though? What have you got?!

All giddy for the rest of my Crimble shopping tonight!! :D Going to update my christmas list tonight/tomorrow morning with a 'final score'
Done a bit of a reshuffle with gifts, so need to stop at Asda on the way home and get another couple boxes of (cheaper) chocs to even it out!
