Mis-selling of Endowments

I am sending a letter of complaint about mis-selling but i don,t know who to send the letter to. Is it the company who sold me the Endowment Mortgage (Halifax), or the company who i have the endowment with (Standard Life). Any advice would be appreciated.

    I beleive it would be whoever sold you the policy.

    If its about Endownments then maybe this thread is better as there is a section (sticky) on Endownments

    Most standard life endowments are now time barred (as are most endowments). Have you checked to see if yours is?
