If someone is filling out the form and wondering about the severely mentally impaired criteria and they are putting down that the child has one violent tantrum per day sometimes more than one and they are unpredictable is that going to go in their favour or would the child have to be having them every 5 minutes?
Basically even though in that one instance per day the child self harms and harms others by biting and stuff is it too little for the criteria?
I know you are trying to help your friend, but as others have said you really do need or your friend needs to go and see a welfare rights officer face to face as there is limit to the useful help you can receive online. Any WRO would give this advice.0 -
Yes, because if they can sometimes have more then one.. put that down.. add extra pieces of information into your form, don't just write in the boxes.. clip pieces of paper on.. and get leaflets on the childs condition and pop them in too!!
They will not be interested in general leaflets, they are only interested in the specific case.0 -

You still appear to be trying hard to find a criteria that will get you accepted for HRM.
I can't see how any major form of tantrum would ever warrant a car. At most on that eveidence maybe LRC. But hundreds of kids have tantrums.0 -

Now you are just being paranoid! As you are referring to the criteria for a child, that is self evident.Gone ... or have I?0 -
