    Yes it could have but I came here after all of there twaddle on the benefit boards and the exhaustion, the answer isnt simple but in easy words,

    You must care for someone who recieves mid-higher rate care componant of DLA for 35 hours or more per week and you cant earn more than £95 pew week after permited deductions.

    My partner does not . However he was advised he can still get it. As my mental health various. Was told him being with me when I'm out and about counts.
