Ever thought of a muzzle
Yeah, for the kids, husband and the dog. :rotfl: Life would be just perfect!!
She has to learn not to do it so we shall just have to put everything up higher so she cannot get it. I think we have just got complacent and she is pushing her luck and finding things we had probably not takenmuch notice off before.
She was still sulking tonight and refused to go for a walk with my husband and he said he was neither going to carry or drag her around the village so he bought her home. I am also going off on a 'dog poo' tangent and a strongly worded letter is going to the Parish Newletter. Just how many people do not bother clearing up their dog poo - why on earth do the council give people bins if they are not going to use them. I spent most of the walk today dodging the damn stuff. Sheer laziness in my opinion.0 -

God bless Old England, she still exists in some places!0 -
Our dog is allowed to sit on one of the sofas, it's got a blanket on it so she doesn't get all the furniture covered in hairs. She's allowed upstairs too, but not on the beds.
Although she does seem to have worked out that even if we don't let her jump on beds etc, she can still jump on them when we aren't around! We find hairs and little nests on beds and sofas sometimes. Ah well, at least she doesn't chew the furniture.0 -
You def have to start as you mean to go on with this one - even from a puppy if you have them on your lap on a sofa they'll think it's ok to be up there!
Personally we allow our dogs up - we have a leather sofa but put throws over the top to stop it getting too worn - also means when anyone comes round we just pull the cover off and they have a clean dog hair free seat!
Personally I love nothing more than having a sleepy dog cuddled up to me0 -
Yep, nothing like a nice warm doglet snuggled up next to you on the sofa. My two take turns and are never on the sofa together. Whichever one;s on the sofa gets glared at by the one on the floor
Neither of them are allowed up if we're eating our dinner on trays on the sofa, and they don't try to get up at that time.0
