    Becky can you buy chai teas anywhere? I watch youtube grocery hauls and they have loads of diferent teas (many more varietys than we do here) and I want to try some.

    I've not even put the telly on tonight...although I did enjoy Gok last night....wouldn't we all love a "Gok" as a friend...

    Trying to decide if I want to book a hair cut or not...not had it cut since April but DH can cut it if I section it out and it will save £20....which in turn would pay for a takeaway at the weekend for the whole family.

    Sally maybe, why dont you have a week off the 'diet'. Dont go mad just off slimming world and then that may kick start you for when you restart SW a week later :confused: I am in the same boat today, nothing lost because I was knocked out of ketosis due to having tunes etc for my cold. Such is life though :D
