It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Bookie....I have seen your book keeping skills..they are ace. It doesn't matter that you are not up to date with current systems, you DO have common sense.

My first temping job was for a receptionist job. I had lost my voice and never even used the programmes they wanted me to use, I had an instruction book in a drawer in my desk. I got taken on permanently. You have been out of employed status so long that you have no idea what it is like out there...believe me a lot of these school leavers leave a lot to be desired...(no offence you young uns).

If they do offer you the job or even an interview- don't say you can't do it but ring me and I will talk you through it...

Please stop putting yourself down, I know life is so tough for you at the minute and you have had some pretty hard knocks but you are fantastic!

    Bookie leaks.

Anyway - onto my problems now! :rotfl:

Twitchy eye, tres tired yes! Problem, I think this is since I started running again. Do I stop running? I think this is because I was ill and then started running and didn't give my body time to recover (stupid me) cos this week, I have back my permanent headache and aching body and this stupid twitchy eye.

    Grrrrrrrr

Go to the Dr's. That's an order.

Had a lovely time in the garden cutting back things that annoy me. Mowed the lawn with the mower from hell.
Had to shower again and need to get a bit smarter for a church thing in a bit.
Is it an illness that I keep volunteering? Would really like to find a cure for it. I could happily have spent another couple of hours in the garden.

Peppermint is good for the bowels. I'm not sure if that's a recommendation or a warning though...
