    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Just woken up again. Not enjoying being stuck inside when it's lovely out there!

    Bookie everyone is right, you don't need to know how to use the software or whatever, you only need to be able to learn and there's no doubt you can do that.

    Sammy if your body is saying "slow down a bit" then listen to it or you'll end up with some rambling cold/flu/infection that goes on for weeks. Give yourself a few evenings of just "you" time - get Chloe to bed early, get your jimjams on, a huge pot of tea and a few films on the telly...turn off the phone and ignore the ironing.

    DF - Great news on the ESA....well as long as they don't claw it back next week.

    I must admit I'm dreading tomorrows phone calls...DH goes onto SSP as of the 1st and we have to get our claims in for whatever else we're due.

    In more boring news, I've cleaned out the fishtank....it's an exciting life.

    Bingo! Ellie has just come up with a blinder....magnesium deficiency....can cause muscle twitches (tick - cos I have had them in my arms for a bit!) chronic fatigue, headaches, sleeplessness.......

    I honestly can't slow down any less.....I am begining to feel this week that I am able to do less and less and it is really really frustrating.

    In that case get your gp to check it out - because it can be caused by both deficiency in diet and lack of absorbtion - you need to know which for succesful treatment.

    Hahahahaha apparently there's chaos on the VLM site because they have launched the 'pay for your place' bit before announcing whose been succesful in the ballot!

    Did any of you enter?? Might be worth keeping an eye out for it next week ;)

    Sammy I think your malteser thing is infectious. I decided to go shopping this afternoon, something I rarely do these days. Well while there I picked up 2 blackcurrent teas and a rasberry tea, they were only £2 or 210 tea bags so I thought it was very mse. Untill we were on our way home and I realised I am not allowed tea from fruit :rolleyes: :rotfl: Idiot :rotfl:

    Pooky I am off to clean the fish now too :rolleyes:
