If you look at your credit/debit card statement, have you been charged £1.95 over the price of the phone?
I ordered one at £29.99, but they've charged me £31.94... website says free delivery though.

Last time I ordered a contract phone from them there was a £1.95 admin charge added to the cost of the phone (which was free). It was clearly marked at the time when I was putting in payment details, did you click through quickly or really read the text? These kind of companies depend on you not reading everything.0
