I'm going to turkey on wednesday, I've had a look on the o2 site for the costs but I cant see anywhere if it costs ME money to RECEIVE texts?
I know its 49p to send a text and 18p per minute to receive calls but cant see about receiving texts, anyone know?
TIA

costs nothing to receive texts.......also when you're abroad if you have a text bundle on your o2 payg (not sure about o2 to o2 texts though) sending texts cost 49p as you already know but if you send a your txt as a mms it takes four texts out your bundle it doesn't touch your credit until you've used up all your bundle, hope that makes sense0

This is only applicable on o2 payg if you have text anytime and have had it before 18th April 2008, 3 messaging units will count as 1 mms when abroad
if you have text anytime after this date this is not included in the allowance as it is sms rather than messaging units0 -
