Applied online to switch to EDF yesterday - Quidco cashback tracked within about 4 hours. When you apply online, it tells you precisely what your Monthly Direct Debits will be (we'll see if this is actually the case once the transfer takes place!), so you have some indication of your predicted monthly saving straight away. Fingers crossed.
