    I've just requested a replacement phone from e2save and they were insistent that the handset was returned before my replacement being sent.

    Have you sold the phone? If it was an expensive one and they want money for it this could get very costly for you!

    Indeed, if they didn't say anything in the letter about wanting the phone back or that they would getting in contact with you again if you took the offer of the £80 then you have no problem.

    Just tell them that as it was faulty all the time you binned it...

    sold it as faulty for £16

    no where did it state i had to return it - they meerly said they were excepting no liabilty - and it was a good will gesture as i had been let down and the manager had ben an idiot - he got the sack by the way!

    You have no problems then. What ever you do keep the latter. If they say anything, make a copy and send it back to them recorded post (get a name and dept, send it to that person) and they'll have to admit it's their error. Sorted..
