Hi.
Try to talk to the O2 customer service centre and the guy on the other side was talking with a very strong Scottish accent
.... nothing against Scottish people/language.
Anyway he has to ask me the same question 4 times before i really did understand
what he was talking about. Asked if is anyone around with a bit of "English" accent and the answer is:This centre is in Glasgow... which means everyone speaks Scottish:mad::mad::mad:.
In the end he transfer me to another department(not in Scotland:j)
Again nothing against Scottish, but sometime is hard to understand them face to face... and I was on the phone...
Have a good day.:beer::beer:

Hi altin, you made me laugh at your story. I always call back again until i understand what i have rang about. today they were English folks so i understood everything - I hope!!!0

At least it was a call centre where English was their first language. Glaswegian accents aren't any more difficult to understand than some English accents.0
