O2 customer service centre.

Hi.
Try to talk to the O2 customer service centre and the guy on the other side was talking with a very strong Scottish accent:confused:.... nothing against Scottish people/language.
Anyway he has to ask me the same question 4 times before i really did understand:confused: what he was talking about. Asked if is anyone around with a bit of "English" accent and the answer is:This centre is in Glasgow... which means everyone speaks Scottish:mad::mad::mad:.
In the end he transfer me to another department(not in Scotland:j)
Again nothing against Scottish, but sometime is hard to understand them face to face... and I was on the phone...
Have a good day.:beer::beer:

    At least it was a call centre where English was their first language. Glaswegian accents aren't any more difficult to understand than some English accents.

    If I rang back I may be talking to the same NON-UNDERSTANDABLE guy again, or some other NON-UNDERSTANDABLE folk in his office.
