Rexel you can do it a couple of ways. Run MsConfig and do it or download a third party program such a winpatrol. You'll need to know what to stop and what not to though.0

Try getting rid of your cookies and temporary internet files. This will free up some disc space.
You can do this by clicking on Tools/Internet Options in Internet Explorer, then where it says 'Browsing History' Delete the temporary internet files, then click on 'Settings', and at the bottom, set the days to 1.
This will stop temporary files from building up and cluttering up your hard drive.Regards,
