Ok. So the wonderful Jobcentre place in leicester have sent the form for me to fill in again.
They guy told me to take it to Coalville JC and fax it through to Leicester.
Simple.
Then why is the envelope they sent addressed to Birmingham? :mad:

There really is no way to win this battle.

Yes there is a way to fight it Bookie. You get on the phone to Leicester and say thank you very much for sending this form again because they lost the last one. You ask for the persons name you are speaking to and say you are recording the call. You then ask where exactly they want the form sending to or faxing to, because it seems quite clear that they are confused and giving out wrong information. You say you will fax copy and send copy recorded delivery. Point out that they have 1 week to get it sorted before you take this to someone more senior because quite frankly its unacceptable to leave a person living in poverty!

Well said Sal - come on Bookie, you can do this - make the call and then treat yourself to a cuppa and a biscuit (you can share my virtual ones if you haven't got any real ones!).

I have a sausage casserole in the slow cooker, the kitchen is slowly starting to resemble a kitchen and not an explosion in a food factory, and despite the fact that Natasha has demolished the living room, I am calm and serene, and am not craving food in the slightest. Quite looking forward to my 11am porridge though! :rolleyes:

Am I allowed to drink my water fizzy on CD? I've asked before and can't remember the answer. It doesn't have any citric acid in it, no carbs, no calories, so I can't think of any reason it wouldn't be okay.

Maz/Sm definitely no biscuits here...weighed myself this morning just a peek to see if I had lost anything before tomorrows weigh in Half a pound I think yippppeeeee only 3 more flipping pounds to go, although if I lost another couple on top of that it would be ok.

Sammy you Know you want to run outside..I know its the getting on and doing it but you can do it...go on run lady run!

i think you should freshen up the 3 walls with magnolia and then add a really sexy colour to the fireplace wall.....

Ok. I've phoned again.
I cannot be put through to a manager/supervisor as they don't do that. They have to request one to phone me. :mad:
This guy says the quickest way to get anywhere is to send the form back.
He did actually say 'which we appear to have lost'.
