Morning...:hello:

This is my attempt at positive thinking today.

Got to take DD2 to college - she has a trip to some art thingymijig today, then off to work for team meeting.

Have tidied my office so am feeling slightly calmer than I did yesterday:o

Am also supposed to do a 4 mile run...the thought of doing that on a treadmill is soul destroying so I may attempt it outside....however, that is going to require some motivation on my part....

I'm up and ready for work. Bit coughy and sniffy but never mind. Sky looks blue so I will go out and enjoy the ride to work!

    Hope you're all good!

    Morning everyone :hello:

Yesterday was awesome :) I came home tired and headachey. Lily was a good girl for the nanny, Jas ended up coming home at lunchtime because she was sick (again). Uniform fitting today which means stripping to underwear in the foyer  glad I've been on weightwatchers.

Hope you all have a lovely day x

Glad you had a great time yesterday Toto - When does Jas have her tonsils out?

Sally - loving the sock monkey :T- they're addictive, every time I go out I look for socks

Pap - your monkey was fab too! Where'd you buy the other one from?

Not a lot planned for today - might clean the windows and wash my nets and change the curtains for the heavy winter ones...or I might just go and sit at the beach with my book as it's supposed to be 23 here today.

    Morning all!

Bad neck has become bad shoulder (as I suspected it might) but luckily shouldnt affect my running tonight, its a bit of annoyance though as lifting my arm up is painful! Anyway, it appears to be a pulled muscle so should get better over the next few days :D

Have fun stripping off Toto! ;)

Sammy you know you want to go for a run outdoors - the weather is beautiful :D
  • Blowing a blooming gale here. Grey and miserable.
No idea what I am going to do today.
