yeah I know that but had a new exhaust put on 2 months ago!that cost enough! I was half tempted to look at one from a breakers but Im not so sure now. My car is a Fiat and from what Ive seen on forums it has lasted a while for its age(he is 11 in march) I'm gonna get a mate who is a mechanic to look at it and tell me straight wether its worth paying out for the work anymore0

Right here goes...
DECISIONS DECISIONS
I have a 'P' reg Corsa... (NO MOT YET & NO TAX)
&
A Zafira that I use. a 2.0DTI
i know I can trade both in but what to buy?
what do you need to qualify under the scheme?
I think a valid MOT
Car has to be over 10 Years old
& car has to be owned for over a year.....
ANYTHING ELSE?
PLus I want a more realiable make and was thinking a Japanese?
what do people think?Use your judgement, and above all, be honest with yourself.
I walk with the world & the world walks with me!I don't make bad choices!!! Other people just fail to see my GENIUS !!!!

I think you've got the scrappage points covered.
As to what car next, well are you after Corsa size or Zafira size?
Corsa replacement, how about Mazda 2 1.3TS or 1.5 Sport available on scrappage, 50% deposit 0% APR on the balance over 3 years.
Zafira replacement and my pick would be Toyota Verson, not sure about scappage offers.0
