    Agreed. I just knocked £25 off my car insurance excess by asking them to knock something off it!
  • I think technically you have a contract, but I have to agree it would be really hard to enforce. I also think you are over reacting on the purchase of cheap second hand goods. One of my big lessons in life has been letting things go even when your in the right as its not worth getting stressed about things.
