i posted on here some time ago about bt charging me £300 to put a 3meater cable in ( as i pulled it out ) was painting the house and thought it was a door beel cable .
so called them out he turned up we asked him how much it would cost he just said we will get a bill for it . so i rang them saying i was not happy and when the bill is payed i will move to virgin . Then i got an email form bt . fill that in ( still not happy ) then payed the bill this morning got home phone rang and yes its bt now thay say because he did not say how much it would be our bill is only £100 :T well happy
