Requested to call o2. . .Will it affect my Simplicity cashback?

Just got a text requesting me to call them on a specific number. I'm currently waiting but I guess it's a credit check thing. Will this mess up my £100 cashback for the Simplicity sim (I went with TopCashBack - which is down ATM)?
Edit - need to check details because I'm supposedly in a high fraud area.
Well I passed! - Now fingers crossed with the cashback.

Has anyone had the same and still tracked without a manual claim?0

I submitted a manual claim for orange cashback, still waiting. But i had no problems. If it is tracking do not worry.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -

There does seem to be an element of the waiting game. I checked with TCB and their response was it will probably not track and will require a manual claim after 7 days. They've been told that claims are most likely to be approved but there's no guarantee.0
