Wood burning stove question

I was given a wood burning stove insert to use in my basement. It is a great cast iron stove. The Flue is on top and is about 12 inches long and 4 inches wide. (rectangluar) I need to convert this style into a round piping system to vent out my basement wall. Can this be done?????

You could try getting quotes from ducting makers, they should be able to supply or make a reducer / spigot for it
