Hi,
I have had several loans with the TSB over the last 5-10 years and am looking to put in a PPI claim.
Do i need to do them seperately or can i do them on 1 claim letter??
If i do this, can and will the TSB ask force me to pay off my existing loans and credit card debts??

Hi and welcome.;)
For more help on PPI reclaiming, you can post on the PPI reclaiming thread here:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.html?f=169
And you will also find this link here below useful as well, with guidelines of reclaiming and templates to help you through this here:

However, while I'm here, just as long as you have the same reasons, there is no harm in reclaiming in one letter of all your loan ppi's, just as long as you write the account numbers, but if any reasons differ, keep them separate, so they know which loan ppi you are complaining about.
Write to them with your reasons, you do not have to write the amounts, they have 8 weeks to respond in full.
With my experience of Lloyds, they can take a little longer than 8 weeks, but they do always get back, and if they do not resolve this the first time round, they also tend to give you an opportunity to write back to them with further information in order for them to reconsider.
Keep at them until they resolve in your favour, or until they issue you with the final decision, the final response should also enclose details of the Financial ombudsman service (FOS), you can take your complaint to these if your not happy with the outcome.
For your proof of posting, recorded delivery is your best option.
Use the above reclaiming link as well to help you through this, good luck and please keep us posted, cheers.

Forgot to add in my above post, if there are arrears on any of your finance, Lloyds TSB do tend to use the refund towards these, but on the settled account they should actually refund directly to you.
There is a link on how the FOS calculated refunds, which may give you more of an idea below, good luck anyway.
