how much can i tranfer online so i sends as faster payment?

    HSBC do up to £10,000 per transaction (the receiving end must be able to receive it also as well).

    thanks for that but i heard they got a limit of 100 pounds only?

    if i send over 100 it wont go as faster payment?

    can someone confirm this

    HSBC have a £10k limit.

    Simple as.

    As pointed out in previous posts HSBC do Faster Payments up to £10,000 per transaction as long as the receiving end can receive Faster Payments.

    Use the Sort Code Checker to make sure that the account you are sending to can receive a Faster Payment.

    ... and some receiving organisations can also take some time to transfer from their holding account to the receiving account, eg Egg, Credit Cards, etc

    i heard that if you make a transfer online from hsbc they call you to confirm is that correct?

    In some cases yes. Security reasons. But I haven't had them call me before.
