I've had my Beko for 11 years now and its trucking on quite happily.
Dont you have 2 years under the new regs anyway?
As for extended warranties, can I direct you towards The Simpsons, in particular the episode where Homer has a crayon stuck up his nose into his brain "Extended warranty! How can I loose?"

Hello
I came onto this forum to see if I could find any info on buying a good extended warranty - I do know however, that if you're a natwest advantage gold account holder, that you can register a new appliance (within 90 days of purchase I think) and get your manufacturers warranty plus another 12 months from the natwest. Hope this helps x;)0
