BIOS Flash

Ah! Seems like a good reason...0

I need to flash BIOS as it has stopped charging my battery, full stop ie: will not charge at all or recognise it so i can only use when plugged in and as i bought it mainly for its portability thats not much good!
I rang Acer and they seemed to know of this issue and advised me to send it in but don't want to as personal info on it and heard(read) many a story about how long things can take with Acer and their level of customer services.
Thanks
I had to do it on my Aspire One too. I thought it was dead for good, but after flashing the Bios it's good as new. Just make sure you dowload the right one - double check - and follow the instructions. It was a bit scary, but easy enough to do.0
