stuck in a phone contract :(

If you took out the contract before 21st July then call them up and cancel the contract because of the change to first minute billing.
I took out a £22 contract with the Nokia 5800 on the 20th July and recently managed to cancel because of this reason. I also got to keep my phone.
If they try fobbing you off with free minutes etc, just be firm and say they have changed the T&C's and you have a right to cancel.
Trust me.... it works :-)0 -
Thanks for that

We got the contract at the end of June... and I am sure we got a letter relating to what you mentioned, so it may be worth a try
