DS didn't have an infection from Friday's sample but she thinks he does have an infection or inflammation in his kidneys now. She's in two minds whether to admit him to hospital but has decided he can stay at home as long as we take him straight to A&E if he gets worse. He has to see a specialist on Thursday. They want him to stay off school and do work at home in between his bouts of pain so i've got a pile of stuff from school. Luckily he likes most subjects so it shouldn't be too painful!

There's good news with my dad as he can now read a bit with the eye that's just been operated on. He's in a very positive mood. He has to stay in hospital because of the TIA and because he has an infection but hopefully he'll be out on Friday.

My mum's going to have DS a few hours a day so I can work.

Flying - i'm about to do a 60 in 60 and clear another drawer. Then i'm going to be a teacher for half an hour!

    Hugs to all.

Hope you liked the new place toots, hope you've had a good day Greenbee, hope your floor's coming along well Soappie xx

    Afternoon

Ortho was a disaster - got caught in a traffic jam and there is no alternative route so had to ring them and give up (their suggestion as they would not see him if he was late) so rebooked for December.

    I have:
    Prepped dinner
    made crumble topping
    planted out a few plants

I'm like a heat seeking missile for hot spots today!

    Next:
    Finish the family room
    dust the hallway
    clean the cloakroom
The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair

Was working through my list when the belt on the vacuum broke :( so have to get the 1 from upstairs down to finish the hall and stairs.

Got the throws from the sofas in the machine which has now stopped so will get them on the line and get the towels in.
Have to go to the school in 30 mins and collect DD1 from class then shes off to her friends house for tea so more turkey curry for us :)
