hi all
is it possible to cut my aerial lead in the loft and connect a branch section so i can run a coaxial lead into my bedroom to make it a better pic. dont want to run a lead from aerial point in living room up wall to bedroom.
if so what branch section do i need? and best place to buy one:cool:

If you do that you will lose some of the strength of the signal, to both feeds, you would be better in investing in a a distribution amplifier, however if this is not possible or practical you can use either of these sort of things

You could also get another aerial and mount it in the loft to feed your bedroom.
Depends on the signal strength in your area, the roof is best, but in the loft can give a pretty good signal - works ok for me.0 -

You have linked to a google results page - is that what you meant?
No need to pay for any books, as per the first result.

Splitting the signal in two will reduce it by half. Unless you have a strong signal you will need some sort of aerial splitter with a distribution amp."...IT'S FRUITY!"0
