O2 NHS Discount

Hi MSEers,
I was wondering if anyone could verify this for me, or give me some more advice.
Basically I am after a new phone contract (thinking of going for the iphone 3G) as I know you can not get discount on the 3GS, and I have read on a couple of forums that NHS workers get O2 open discount to get 30% off line rental.
My OH works for the NHS and I have asked him if he can try and find out. I was just wondering if anyone can advise/verify where my OH should go/who he should see to get the 'affinity card' or 'O2 open code' that we need to get the discount.
Thanks

I just did this with the company I work for who also get O2 open, we had a link on our intranet to (i think) a link on the O2 website where you put your number in and it sent you a code. You need this code and payslip from where you work when you go in to the O2 shop to take out the contract0
