It's a modified Vista. Microsoft have been working to "make it stable" for the past 3 years.0 -
I think it means that it won't be available to buy until October 22. The versions of Windows 7 that are around now are developer issues and beta release candidates. These expire on 1 June 2010, so don't pay for one of those - make sure you get a proper licence.0 -
