Have I read this right? mobiles.co.uk say on there website that you can send in your bills for cash back redemption by email. Anyone got or had a contract with them that can confirm this.

    Or this one

Not to return to the old debates, but I've yet to see evidence of one denied valid claim (and more and more happy customers relaying their experience of hassle-free dealings) and we now offer things like online submission and claiming via email that should make things even easier.

Getting confirmation of things like this in a post on a forum isn't enough when dealing with a cashback contract.

You need the info direct from the horses mouth!

Take a screenprint of the section on their website that covers this, and if you do send claims this way, send them in good time so that if you cannot get any confirmation they received the claim you still have time to send one via special delivery to prove receipt within the timeframe allowed.
  • Thanks everyone.
