After being one who spouts of at women who stick with fellas who give them crap, my OH has finished me today.
I'm devastated, can't eat, can't sleep. Not even a good enough reason 'you've been a brilliant girlfriend, its not you it me' crap. Whatever.

Oh gosh, sorry to hear this. It really is a terrible feeling and hurts like hell at first, but as I'm sure you know, it'll ease with time.
Try to surround yourself with family and close friends who'll help to take your mind off things till you start to feel better.
