I'll add my agreement here too.
They do have a unusual way of dealing with bonds in that they mature after one whole year (or longer etc) It is made clear on the application however, I always make a copy or keep the original paperwork.
Also for as long as I've been with them, they've always offered me an automatic "follow on bond" to go into after the original ends. Unfortunately the paperwork is a bit basic when you want to find out how to withdraw! (letter and the book by post or over the counter in a branch)0
