Oh my I need some of you cleverclogs to help me find a new phone deal I am bamboozled

in a nut shell :D

My phone has died so I either need to buy one and go sim only with someone offering unlimited texts or....

Negotiate with orange whom I am at the end of my dolphin contract with to get a fabby dabby deal but I dont know what to negotiate for.
I can spend £30 a month.

Who has cracking deals for that that I can tell orange so they may match it - would love an all singing all dancing phone package :j but really unlimited texts and some calls would do me!

Please help me I am now a tired mum of 3 with not much time so this has to be simple ha ha and easy for me to do as I am not that in the know ;)
Thanks

o2 are currently offering a PAYG deal where you get unlimited texts for £10 a month top up.

I'm going for the £15 with free internet on top of that. Currently trying to figure out how to cancel my Orange contract which has gone beyond the 18 month period.

For more information on the above offer go to the link below: -

What's your current phone, have you eye spied any replacements? I'm looking to try and steal a Nokia N86 off Ebay for around £200-£210. Everything worked out, i save about £100-£120 from what i currently pay on my Orange contract.

T-mobile solo SIM has 600 mins + unlimited texts + unlimited mobile internet for £20pm, but you'd need to get a phone first.

Also 300 mins + unlimited texts for £15pm
    Squirrel!
If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
    Now 20% cooler
  • best thing to do is look at your latest couple of bills - work out what you use on average (how many minutes/texts) nd then go for a deal that offers a similar amount - if in doubt - go for tesco mobile - 30 day rolling contract, £30 per month - unlimited calls and texts!

During Sept Virgin have some good deals if you want sim only. I've got 200mins and unlimited texts for £10 a month, but I think they were doing 500 mins and unlimited texts for £15 a month too. Check out their web site.

    Thought you had 3 kids . . . . . . . . LoL
I was in exactly the same situation a couple of months ago , at the end of an 18 month Orange contract @ £35 month giving 200 free minutes & unlimited texts .
Just buy a copy of tomorrows Sun and have a quick look at whats currently available then give Orange a call telling them you`re at the end of your contract and seriously thinking about going elsewhere due to the better deals available elsewhere - and there are a lot of them .
Without any hesitation the bloke I spoke to gave me the exact same contract with choice of any new handset I fancied but for only £15/month ! A HUU-UUGE saving of £20/month and a deal I was delighted with .
So , simply give Orange a `phone and you`ll hopefully have no hassle with then
    Good Luck

  • Hi

Not sure if this has already been offered - I have searched but didn't see it - but Three '3' phoned me on Friday out of the blue and offered me a 18 month contract with unlimited texts and 75 mins per month. As my lad had been nagging me for a new phone and contract I decided to give it a try. Phone arrived today - he has a Sony Ericsson K660i in black and silver with earphones, pc cable and charger.

Thought this was a pretty good deal and there are others too as I have just seen on the website.

    Hope this helps! ;)
