Resolution for OneTel 08442x problem - Martin, please hurry up!

Hi, I am with onetel internet and was going to change to their phone package too, as they say they can beat BT and it's mostly just for incoming calls, is the problem just with overseas calls?

after sending them loads of letters and emails (see one posted here before) I phoned Onetel last Friday telling them: "I am very disappointed because there has been no response to a number of letters, emails and phone calls in the last 20 days, and unless I have a solution in 24 hours' time I am complaining to OFCOM and taking you to the Small Claims Court". I worked wonders, my bill of £92 is now £3, but I am VERY fed up with them.
I Have gone back to the 0844671 for 1p a minute number I used before but I will be dumping Onetel as soon as I can. And I will reroute my calls with BT 1280 as well.
Also get them to alter your bill instead of giving you credit, because I don't think that I will be spending £89 on Onetel.
