3 customer service

Can any of you enlighten ??????????
Rang 3 customer service to have my Nokia phone unlocked yesterday - managed to understand the guy on the other end and half an hour later my phone was unlocked for the princely sum of £14.68 which i paid by credit card. I am on 3 contract which is due to end of 70 mins and 500 texts.

Yesterday am my spend since last bill was about 10p - and I still have plenty of mins texts left.

Checking again this morning I have a £16 spend sincelast bill and still have all my texts/mins left.

Have they charged me £15 + for ringing customer services - really unsure where this would have come from ??

I know all I can do is pay but would like to know what the charge is.
:confused::confused:

  • Don't worry (too much!)

    I've had a similar thing with an upgrade; The handset cost has been showing in 'spend since your last bill' for the last few weeks. But I've checked my bill and it's just the normal amount, with the upgrade cost showing as paid (I paid at the time with a credit card).

    The current spend only shows what you've actually spent not what you will be billed.

    Hope this helps.

  • Thats how 3 work, you have the £15 added to your bill and the £15 cc payment will show as a credit on your next bill.
    suppose its easier for their accountants to keep track of everything if ts all billed.
