you can give them a call and ask, i dont get benefits and i haven't applied for them, the letter came in the post addresses to the occupier... i am sure someone who isn't on benefits has tried so hopefully they can let you know, i dont think they actually check up, the system they use cant tell if you are telling a white lie;)

Forgive me if i'm being daft here. Do you have to be a customer of EAGA or Scottish Power to get this?

For those living in Birmingham you may still be able to collect two free energy saving light bulbs from your local neighbourhood office, proof of benefit required, has been running for awhile, so may have ran out at your nearest office.
It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!
(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)

Eaga is a company that deals with all types of grants for energy savingfrom warm front grants to free light bulbs so no you dont have to be a customer, i am not a customer of Scottish Power so no that too ... hope you apply :D
