    Thankyou very much for this. Just ordered mine and all I was asked was which benefit am I in receipt of and I said child tax - can't imagine they would check (I am though).

    got my free light bulbs this morning 2 100watt and 2 60watt - so thanks to the OP for this post and thanks to everyon who kept bumping it up - because I would have missed out on it otherwise

    Ive just rung them, they did answer (no answer phone) but took less than a minute. She took my name, postcode, house number and the benefit i was on (CTC and WTC) and that was it!!! Very easy, thank you.
