In november last year does anyone know if there was a fixed rate cash isa with the natwest ? 0

Accoring to interest rates for old accounts there has been a 5 year fix. But this was updated March 2008 so nowhere near November.
Other than that no I cannot see one.0 -
I recall various fixed one year bonuses on ISAs transferred to Natwest around September to December 2008 but can't recall a fixed rate product being offered.
