Hi, I got ITC to do our probate to ease the pressure from us, 6 days after the cooling off period I changed my mind and they are now refusing to return my fathers will, deeds etc until the bill is paid, that was 2 weeks ago and I still have not received a bill. Would not advise anyone to go with this company, as customer service is disgraceful, phone calls are not returned and the attitude is terrible. They do not care if you are grieving or not all they want is your cash!!
