They are registered under organisation ID 450577. This still doesn't make ITC regulated by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority but it does make the individual solicitors they employ are regulated. Those ITC solicitors have to comply with the guide to Proffessional Conduct of Solicitors.
Use this as you need to
If you read through my post before your post Helpfulsoul, This is exactly what I said. It's the set up between ITC and the solicitors that ITC appoint that means that we (the consumers) cannot make a complaint against the solicitors and take action through the Law Society (who are very aware of this as it was the Law Society that explained this to me). As explained, ITC have to make the complaint against the solicitor which they appoint to do the customers legal work, but why would ITC make a complaint? They (ITC) know that they are not performing professionally so they keep the solicitors sweet to get the legal work done and ITC will make a mess of all the actual adminisration. In the meantime, ITC and the solicitors they appoint are cashing it in. They don't give a hoot about the suffering customer. We are just a case ID number. You just try getting to the solicitor.... It will never happen.0 -

I'm guessing that, somewhere in amongst ITC Legal Services' previous cases, there must be a happy customer or two. Alas none of them have been good enough to post on here, or elsewhere for that matter.
Have you read the other thread on this site? If not, here is a link to it:

Sadly, having waited 9 months to this point, you are probably only about half way through the process (most of the people I'm aware of have experienced upto 18 months). You will need to hound ITC all the way and I would suggest that you mention that you have contacted this site. The ITC CEO (Mr Martin Trees) is very aware of the negative publicity on this forum and knows that I am still keeping a log of his reaction to his customers complaints. If, once your ordeal is over, you are unhappy with the charges that ITC put to you please note that I had half of my £4000 bill removed by questioning Mr Trees directly.Note to Self: When posting, remember to keep within "forum rules" to avoid upsetting other "interested parties"0 -
Please contact ITC on a daily basis and hound them to get the job done. The longer they have your loved ones money, the more interest they (ITC) are making on top of the extortionate fees they will deduct from the estate.0

Have doubts about using ITC especially after reading these reviews!
Although, we have had a representive come out to us and given him information realating to our mother's estate. I have not up to yet signed the power of attorney form. How do we stand now to withdraw from them representation?

Hopefully you have not given the rep any papers either. If you haven't, then there is no problem and, as you have not signed the P of A, you have not given them the legal right to act on the estate. ITC have to be given the executors' rights before they can act. Once they have that, it is a lot harder to stop them. You have a set time to "cool off" in which they should not do anything, even after you sign up. This should be in the paperwork they left with you. Phone their freephone number and tell them that you are cancelling, record the call (with a cam-corder) if possable and also write, recorded delivery, to their office. Let them know where you read the comments too. That way they must not work on your case.
If you have sent them any papers, demand them back and, if it is within the cooling off period, refuse to accept any costs they say you owe.Note to Self: When posting, remember to keep within "forum rules" to avoid upsetting other "interested parties"0 -
Oh Thanks Portlandboy!
So kind of you to reply!
I signed some paperwork but the Power of Attorney. We are all dyslexic and that doesent help understanding who or how to deal with these kind of companys
I am over the 7 days agreement to cancell but reading the their paperwork I will be charged for any cost for service up to date.
I signed with to deal through me so I must act in my brother and sister's best interest.
kind Regards.0 -

OK, so if YOU are the named executor and you have NOT signed the "Power of Attorney" form, ITC have NO legal right to act on your behalf. Contact your local CAB if you think that ITC are trying to obtain the Grant of Probate (which is the term for being given the legal right to sort out the estate), they will help you to deal with that.
I can assure you that if you do have to pay for any service that ITC have performed, it will be worth paying to get out from their clutches. ITC will be dearer for their probate and admin services than using a local solicitor, one way or another. And they can't have done anything without the Power of Attorney being signed, no matter what they say, because it would be illegal.
Remember, ITC are NOT a firm of solicitors and they do not have any staff with legal qualifications. They will just employ a solicitor to work for them - just as you should do. Please let us all know how much they try to charge you and what they say they have done for you too.
Thanks, good luck

Sadly ITC exploit vulnerable people and, as you have mentioned your problems, I think that they would see your vulnerability as a perfect excuse to drain you, emotionally and financiallyNote to Self: When posting, remember to keep within "forum rules" to avoid upsetting other "interested parties"0 -
Hi, I got ITC to do our probate to ease the pressure from us, 6 days after the cooling off period I changed my mind and they are now refusing to return my fathers will, deeds etc until the bill is paid, that was 2 weeks ago and I still have not received a bill. Would not advise anyone to go with this company, as customer service is disgraceful, phone calls are not returned and the attitude is terrible. They do not care if you are grieving or not all they want is your cash!!0
