Is there a list of ISA providers who are allowing the topup? with only 10 days to go and I hear on hte BBC that not all banks are on board with this.

Check with your existing 2009/10 ISA manager, as you can only subscribe the additional £1,500 to that ISA/ISA Manager.0

BTW, Lloyds TSB have told my wife she can add the £1,500 to her 3.2% 12-month fixed rate cash ISA and C&G have told me I can do the same with my 3.5% 2-year fixed rate ISA although they also asked me to call into my local branch to discuss transferring to a 3.75% 2-year fixed rate ISA even though I only opened the 3.5% version in April this year!Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
I prefer to refer to the HMRC ISA Guidance Notes, rather than the Daily Mail - which refers to 'some of the nation's 19m Isa savers' and 'some members of the public', rather than giving carte blanche in all circumstances. Not necessarily - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=19701670 -

Totally agree you need to check with your existing provider - they can set their own rules.
I would also double check (once now and 2nd time when you pay the extra amount in) - in case you get someone who gives the wrong info.
